   Bizintown will arrange the same order from it source and forward it to
    Channel Associate as per the area.
   Once the channel associate receives the product it will be his
    responsibility to forward it to customer.
   Channel Associate will get incentives for every offline order.

Payment :-
   Payment will be released by both the parties with in 7 days from
    the date of delivery.
   Payment to be paid in favor of “U & V Consulting Group”.
   In case of non payment by both parties, Party can stop further
    acting for any commercial with other party.
   Channel Associate commission/incentives would be 5% on every
    offline order given by him from his particular area.
   In case of COD (Cash On Delivery) product sent by Bizintown in
    his area CA would be entitle to 2% commission.
   Channel Associate will also be entitle to additional incentive in
    case he achieve particular target fixed by bizintown.( will be
    discussed at the time of F2F meeting ).
Terms & Conditions
Channel Associate will provide security to bizintown against the products.
 Security amount:- Rs 15,000

 Mode of Security:- Security Cheque

                      Bank Guarantee
                      Demand Draft
                      Cash Deposit.
 Reason of Security:- Against credit products given to CA( payment of
  products will be made by the CA within 7 days of order).
 In case of non payment to bizintown, unethical work, any dispute with
  customer or complaint from customer the security deposit will be adjusted
                Terms & Conditions
Warranty & Guarantee :-
 Neither of the parties shall be held responsible for any
  manufacturing defect during the warranty period or thereafter.
  Customer need to contact nearest service center for the same.
 Replacement in behalf of warranty/ guarantee will be done as per
  manufacturing guarantee.
Delivery :-
 Bizintown will be responsible to deliver the product to Channel
  Associate as per the order and after that it will be responsibility of
  Channel Associate.
 CA will be responsible to deliver the product of his/her area incase
  of online COD order and collect payment from the customer.
 Channel Associate will provide confirmation once they received the
  products from bizintown.
 Rest will be discussed at the time of Meeting or Telecom.
