LODGING

This event is federally funded either in whole or in part.
The PLCB will not pay any cost per lodging room in
excess of the federal guideline rates as established by the
Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Programs. In
the event that all bids received exceed the federal
guidelines, all bids will be rejected and the event will be
rebid. You can view rates at www.gsa.gov. It is the U.S.
General Services Administration website. Select PER
DIEM RATES from the list of most requested links on
the upper left side of the page and then select the state of
Pennsylvania. The rates will vary by the county in which
you, the vendor, are located.

For conference speakers, the hotel lodging invoice will
be paid by the PLCB and the price per lodging room
cannot exceed federal guideline rates as established
by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency
Programs and supported by the Pennsylvania
Commission on Crime and Delinquency for the area
of Pennsylvania where the conference will be held.
