							                    The Alternative Board (TAB) Fact Sheet
  Overview:        The Alternative Board® (TAB) is an organization that provides peer advisory
                   boards and executive coaching services for business owners, CEOs and
                   presidents worldwide. Thousands of business owners of small- and medium-
                   sized companies are members of TAB boards. There are over 140 TAB
                   franchises operating in five countries, including the US, Canada, the United
                   Kingdom and New Zealand.


  Founded:         Allen Fishman formed the first TAB advisory board in 1990 because he saw the
                   opportunity for small business owners to consult with each other to solve
                   challenges and develop ideas within a “non-competitive” board environment.


  Products:        Over 22 years, TAB has developed several proprietary business tools including:
                   TAB Business Vantage®, an online assessment tool designed to address 10 key
                   areas of performance that affect businesses; and Strategic Business
                   Leadership® (SBL), designed to help achieve owner goals and aspirations by
                   focusing on strategic solutions rather than simply accomplishing tasks.
