                                   Vail, Colorado

You are invited to participate in the Rocky Mountain ALSB 2012 annual conference in beautiful
Vail, Colorado, when the aspen colors should be the most vibrant. The RMALSB conference
offers the opportunity to present a wide range of work, including early or full papers, research
ideas, and pedagogical activities in a small, collegial setting. We also offer the opportunity to be
published in the conference’s peer reviewed proceedings (papers are submitted after the
conference).

If you plan to present more than one paper, enter just one Paper Title here, then submit an
additional Registration & Participation Form for each additional paper, though you only need to
enter your Name, Paper Tile, and any co-author(s) for each additional Form.

Please bring at least 15 copies of your paper(s), slides, or outlines to the conference.

We are tentatively planning (based on the number of registrations) to schedule presentations
Friday evening (5:00 – 6:30PM) and all day Saturday.

The Registration Fee Schedule is as follows:

      $150.00 - If you plan on attending either the Friday evening or the Saturday all-day
       session without staying overnight at the Resort.

      $130.00 - If you plan on staying overnight only one (1) night at the Resort (either Friday
       or Saturday night).

      $110.00 - If you plan on staying two (2) nights at the Resort (both Friday and Saturday
       night).


Please note on your Registration Form which fee is appropriate, and which evening(s) you intend
to stay overnight at the hotel so we can verify your accommodations with the Resort.

The 2012 Conference Registration Fee is due by September 15, 2012.
