           Libby Bortz Assisted Living Center wins award

       LITTLETON–May 28, 2008–The Libby Bortz Assisted Living Center, a provider of
housing for modest-income seniors, was recognized with an award for excellence in the aging
industry. The award was announced at the Colorado Association of Homes and Services for the
Aging’s (CAHSA) Fourth Annual Quality First Awards ceremony in Vail earlier this month.
   The QF award was given in the category of public trust and consumer confidence. The Libby
Bortz Assisted Living Center has been voted “Best of the Best” for two years in a row by
Colorado Community Newspapers subscribers in Englewood, Highlands Ranch and Littleton.
   The QF award was part of CAHSA’s Quality First program, a voluntary program senior
living communities nationwide have undertaken to enhance excellence in aging services.
