• Discuss actions local groups could take to ensure
  uninterrupted, timely delivery of pharmaceuticals
  to patients until the SNS arrives, is broken down
  and available at the point(s) of service.

 • All incidents, all disasters are first local…
    – Response assets first come from the affected
      community and surrounding area
    – As the incident progresses other resources
      are requested as more local resources are
      exhausted
