					Orlando Bloom's other half Miranda Kerr showed why she’s a Victoria's Secrets ‘Angel’ yesterday,
by posting pictures of herself working out for the upcoming catwalk show.

Blasting the weights with a personal trainer in the sunshine, Miranda put the picture up
on Instagramsaying, 'Amping up the training for #victoriassecretfashionshow.'

All eyes will be on the model at the famous Victoria's Secret lingerie catwalk show, taking place in
December, where she will be walking alongside models Alessandra Ambrosio and Doutzen Kroes.

The show is a huge event, with supermodels aplenty, a celeb packed audience and the 2011 one
included performances from Kanye West, Nicki Minaj and Jay-Z.

Miranda Kerr still looked immaculate whilst lifting weights with a scrapped back ponytail and
aviator sunglasses.

But it takes work to get a trim figure like that, and Miranda maintains hers by following a strict
organic diet and practices yoga every day.

However with her latest Twitter snap, the model and mum of one, has shown the benefits of
adding some strength training into your workout, as not only is it good for your heart and health,
but it also adds muscle definition and toning.

It’s not just for body builders, as reps with low weights will help burn fat, sculpt muscles and has
been linked to illness prevention such as diabetes, heart disease and arthritis.

Don’t worry about going out and buying fancy equipment, start by integrating some simple weight
lifts at home by using common objects like cans of beans or bottles of water.

Remember to stand straight with your legs shoulder width apart and with a slight bend in the
knee to protect your back – just like Miranda is demonstrating.
