          Director of Education of: Problems of Addiction in Labor and Management, Incorporated (PALM, Inc.). PALM is a (501(c) 3) non-profit corporation. I
        have been responsible for compliance and regulatory approvals resolving issues for accreditation with the State of California. Administrative assistant to the
        Director of Employee Assistance Program’s (EAP) and Member Assistance Program’s (MAP) accounts (1987-2005). Performed necessary administrative

           Adjunct post secondary business instruction May 2005 to present. Implemented over 8000 hours of classroom instruction. Actively participate in
        business central administration curriculum design project and implementation. Business club mentor. Mentored college students in lifelong learning
        strategies.
           Founder of R.K. Maguire, Inc. sales and marketing, (1982-2008). I personally created and launched an independent retail real estate and loan origination
        corporation in 1996. Obtained wholesale correspondence approvals from: AccuBanc, Countrywide, Saxon, et al. Designed and negotiated complex real
        estate and mortgage transactions: 250mm in sales. Packaged retail loans for underwriting. Oversaw all marketing, pricing, and successful execution of
        escrows. As a licensed “B” general contractor I built speculative housing as an entrepreneur.
           Investment Banking Institute trained. Completed an intensive course on financial analysis, valuation methodologies and advanced financial modeling.
        Performed company valuations utilizing (i) comparable public company analysis, (ii) precedent transactions analysis and (iii) discounted cash flow (DCF)
        analysis. Built fully-integrated financial statements projection model, LBO model, accretion/dilution merger models, including ability to run operational and
        capital structure sensitivities within models
           Los Angeles County Assessor office: Volunteered 400 hours as a licensed real estate appraiser. I was then hired as an administrative assistant. Designed
        statistical model which was implemented by the Los Angeles County Assessor for the Northridge Misfortune and Calamity Project, later assigned to the
        Research and Development department for the Missing Data Recovery Project as an Administrative Assistant – Letters of recommendation available. (1994-

            From the age of sixteen worked as a carpenter and eventually became a Journeyman carpenter. As a journeyman carpenter (1977-1994) I participated in
        the construction of many industrial, commercial, and residential projects. Specialized in high and heavy concrete formwork and foundations. Apprenticed
        building: apartment buildings, Vons, Saks, Nordstrom’s interiors, concrete walls and formwork of water treatment plants, substructure of the Pasadena City
        jail and administrative building, many tilt-up’s, and a campus building at California Institute of Technology. Olive View Hospital earthquake disaster
