All of us can negotiate since we were born. However, as we growing up some of us feel less and less
comfortable to negotiate. This seminar is aimed to help you to deal with any conflict situations in a peaceful
manner.

This seminar will highlight the most common conflict scenarios, and will suggest different ways to resolve
them by using real life examples. The speaker will guide you to navigate the “art and science of negotiation”
to deal with any disagreements.

It will introduce the method of how to define the bargaining arena; to uncover the power of balance in
negotiation, and how to win a negotiation when the other party seems to have more power. The negotiation
skills that you will learn from this seminar will bring significant benefits in your future negotiations.

In addition, you will be guided by a step-by-step approach to obtain a satisfactory negotiation outcome for a
better employment package, be you an employer or an employee.
