About the Speaker

William Chan

1. Enrolment for the event is accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. However, in case of over-subscription, members will be given priority.
2. Full payment must be made before your enrolment will be processed. No telephone reservation will be accepted.
3. The closing date for enrolment is 10 November 2011.
4. No admission ticket will be issued for this event. E- confirmation will be sent to successful enrollees whereas unsuccessful applicants will receive
   full refund by mail if they pay the event by cheque, otherwise their credit payment will not be processed.
5. Unless the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or bad weather, no refund for withdrawal will be entertained after your enrolment has
   been processed.
6. Bad weather arrangement: When typhoon signal no.8 or above / black rainstorm warning is hoisted at or after 2:30 pm on the date of event, the
   event will be cancelled. Your enrolment fee will be refunded in full in the event of cancellation due to bad weather.
7. The Institute reserves the right to change the venue, date or speaker of the event due to unforeseen circumstances
