Corwith-Wesley LuVerne High School - DOC - DOC

							                 CWL BOOSTERS ATHLETIC/MUSIC SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship is a $250.00 grant to be given to two or more LuVerne seniors and two or more
Corwith-Wesley seniors who plan to attend college.

Students must meet the following criteria:
   1. Must have participated in sports or music for a minimum of two years.
   2. Must have demonstrated leadership, ability, and a positive attitude in sports or music.
   3. Students should be good citizens.
   4. Students should be attending college in the fall following graduation from high school.
   5. The same student will not be able to receive both the Music and Athletic Scholarships
       offered by the CWL Booster Club.

The winners will be determined by an Executive Committee determined by the Booster Club.
The scholarship may not be awarded if the criteria are not met. The scholarships will be paid to
the recipients after proof of enrollment of the second semester of college.
