Additional GE requirements for Associate Degree:
PE activity course (students under 21 years) 2 units
Application Requirements:
   At least 18 years of age
   High school diploma or GED
   Minimum overall GPA of 2.5
   Completion of prerequisite courses with a grade of C or better in each course
     and GPA of 2.5.
   Prerequisite courses cannot be repeated more than once

For students who are preliminarily accepted:
   Criminal background clearance
   Health screen clearance
   Possession of Healthcare Provider CPR card
   TEAS Test (ATI Test of Essential Academic Skills) – version V; minimum score of
     64%
Selection Criteria:
Previous Health Care experience will be considered; preference given to students with:
         o All prerequisite courses completed
         o Additional GE requirements for associate degree completed
