Overview of Training
Mind Wide Open gives you an insight into the fascinating world of hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching. This is your
chance to experience a taste of the full programmes and experience a fun and exciting day with lots of opportunities
to learn and develop new skills. This workshop is for anyone who would like to understand more about
hypnotherapy, coaching and NLP, including those who are considering taking one of our professional training
This workshop provides an introduction to the essential skills that will get you started as a practitioner in the field of
personal development. You will learn about the main features of hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching, appreciating the
benefits and approaches offered by each speciality. You will learn what hypnosis really means, why it is easy for
anyone to achieve and what makes it a safe and beneficial experience. You will also experience going into hypnosis
and will learn how to take someone else safely and easily in and out of hypnosis. Some NLP models for rapid change
will be covered and you will discover the essential skills used for life coaching.
This workshop teaches you the core competencies that are needed to progress to the full training programme,
allowing you to join the course at any module. If you are unable to attend before joining, it is acceptable to take the
next available workshop. If you cannot attend Mind Wide Open at all, we will send you a self-study version that you
can work through at home to prepare you for the training course.
About the Trainer: Liz Amesbury
Liz is an experienced practitioner in the personal development field, professionally certified in numerous
qualifications in hypnotherapy, coaching and NLP. She is a Member of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and
Psychotherapy and a Licensed Trainer for the Society of NLP. As the creator of Learning Freedom™ she is the leading
expert on applying human potential initiatives to those experiencing dyslexia and other related learning difficulties.
