JOB TITLE:              Administrative Co-ordinator AUK Ltd

DEPARTMENT:             AUK Ltd

REPORTING TO:           Managing Director, AUK Ltd

                                                  Purpose



To provide confidential administrative support and data gathering service to the senior management and
Directors of Agincare UK Ltd and to undertake projects and activities in the field to support the
domiciliary care operations.



                                MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES



       Liaising effectively with colleagues across the Agincare Group as well as within Agincare UK Ltd
        to access and present data that supports the business aims .

       To use and support others in the use of the Companies key software solutions

       To support effectively the Companies feedback mechanisms with its customers (eg the annual
        service user survey and the compliments/complaints procedures)

       To attend meetings as required and be prepared to provide services out in the field (requiring
        travel and occasional overnight stays)

       A variety of secretarial duties such as minute taking , on-line data organizing and letter writing
        (inc HR procedural correspondence)

Tasks

Liaising effectively with colleagues across the Agincare Group as well as within Agincare UK Ltd to access
and present data that supports the business aims.

       Maintain excellent relations with the finance, HR and commercial functions sharing business
        critical data to assist the business in delivering its planned results.

       Work in support of the SMT to ensure business critical KPIs are collated and reported at the due
        time.

To use and support others in the use of the Companies key software solutions

       Provide an internal support and advice resource on Sharepoint, CM3, electronic Monitoring
        systems and all principal business systems directing people to the appropriate
        handbooks/sources of support as required

       Assisting branches in times of staffing difficulties with these key functions.

To support effectively the Companies feedback mechanisms with its customers (eg the annual service

user survey and the compliments/complaints procedures)

       Distribution and collation of the annual service user survey

       Analysing and providing reports on service user feedback from other sources as and when
        required

       Suggesting improvements as a results of data from service user feedback

To attend meetings as required and be prepared to provide services out in the field (requiring travel and
occasional overnight stays)

       Ad hoc support to branches as or when directed by your line manager

A variety of secretarial duties such as minute taking , on-line data organizing and letter writing (inc HR
procedural correspondence)

       Minute taking for various meetings but eg the monthly Sen. Ops team meeting, consultation,
        grievance and disciplinary hearings.

       Arranging events/accommodation

       To prepare confidential reports and correspondence

       Ensure key data/communications is appropriately filed/stored.

Other

       To work within Agincare’s policies and procedures notably Health and Safety, Equal Opportunities
        and within the requirements of Care Standards Act and the regulatory body, the Care Quality
        commission.

       To undertake any other tasks reasonably requested of you
