                                     Career Highlights
 Performed key role in the sale of one of the largest managed Frame-Relay services in
  Verizon’s Mid-Atlantic region. Presented the solution to the customer and also designed,
  configured and installed the Frame-Relay network providing connectivity to IBM SNA
  Mainframes with redundancy via Cisco Data Link Switching (DLSw+).
 Designed and implemented an enterprise QoS policy for a very large VoIP network that
  processed over a million VoIP calls per day.
 Developed a disaster recovery plan for AT&T Wireless, including contracts with local
  electricians, equipment rental agencies, and contractors, as well as detailed databases that
  contained information on all of the radio-base stations in Philadelphia and surrounding area.
  The plan was tested in a real life situation and proved successful when our team was able to
  restore service within hours to thousands of AT&T Wireless mobile phone subscribers
  following extreme damage caused by Hurricane Floyd in September 1999. I received a letter
  of appreciation from the CEO of AT&T and President of AT&T Wireless.
