B.      Project Experience
1. Summary of your project team’s expertise to address the scope of the project. Emphasis shall be
   given on remedial design of kitchens and equipment relocation.

2. List and provide a brief description of up to 5 projects of similar scope, completed within the past 5
   years including experience in meeting project budgets, schedules and project programs. Emphasis
   shall be given on remedial design within active detention facilities

C.      Services
1. Proximity, in miles, of project team to the project(s) and familiarity with the area where projects are
   located: Design Team shall be from an area within 100 miles of the site and/or surrounding counties.

2. Proposed project administration capabilities and approach: The designer shall demonstrate proficiency
   in the design and administration of remedial projects within an active detention facility. The designer
   shall also demonstrate an understanding of the Department of Correction Detention Project
   Procedures 01 35 13.16 (May 2012) and the State of Tennessee Sustainability Guidelines.

3. The role, qualifications, and office location of proposed project team: The team shall demonstrate
   proficiency in the remedial design of kitchens within an active detention facility. The team shall also
   demonstrate an understanding of the Department of Correction Detention Project Procedures 01 35
   13.16 (May 2012) and the State of Tennessee Sustainability Guidelines.

4. The role and qualifications of, and previous experience with proposed consultant(s): The consultant(s)
   shall proficiency in the remedial design of kitchens within an active detention facility.
