CONFIRMATION:
Fees must be received in full with your Registration form to be confirmed. Each seminar has limited seating and will be
filled on a first come first served basis with priority given to users of National equipment. Confirmation will be made for
46 applicants for the “Introductory” seminar and 24 for the “Advanced”.
CANCELLATIONS:
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made up to two weeks before seminar begins. Cancellations received less than
two weeks before the seminar are subject to a $150 administrative fee. Confirmed participants who do not cancel and do not
attend are liable for the entire seminar fee. Confirmation of your attendance will be made to the address or fax number
listed on your registration form. A substitution can be made at any time and should be submitted in writing.

The seminars are two-day courses addressing the needs of Engineers who want to learn the “basics” of cold
forming or, for those with more experience, a more intensive presentation offering hands-on applications and
tooling techniques.

IN THE SEMINAR FEE:
The fee includes all seminar materials, two lunches at National, and dinner the evening of the first day of the
seminar. Travel and living expenses are not included.
MEETING LOCATION:
All sessions are held in our plant at 161 Greenfield Street, Tiffin, Ohio. They will begin promptly at 8:00 AM on
the dates indicated and end at approximately 4:00 PM the last day.
