Points are accumulated over the 4 shows as follows.

If you enter you get 1 point per class.
1st place = 10 points
2nd place = 6 points
3rd place = 5 points
4th place = 4 points
5th place = 3 points etc

If the rider completes the class ,i.e not eliminated will be awarded 1 point,
                         Provisional running order may change subject to entries received

Training Classes open to anyone, Horses/ponies need not be registered

NOTES:
1:  Entries will be on a “first come, first served” basis. If depositing money, use rider’s name as reference and email details or fax
     deposit slip with entry so we can check bank statement.
 2: Please confirm via email that we received your entry.
 3:  The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine, restrict and/or alter the program should they deem it necessary.
 4:  The tests to be ridden are the SAEA 2010 tests except for the Pony Rider Elementary tests which are the NEW SAEA 2012 tests
       (tests can be downloaded from the SAEA website).
 5:  Entries received late or unaccompanied by the correct fee will not be accepted.
 6:  Current SAEA & GHS rules will apply to this show. (NOTE; May 2010 SAEA dressage rules are applicable).
 7:   Preliminary classes are graded and therefore earn grading points. They are open to Full or Entry level GHS members and all
     horses/ponies must be registered.
 8: Classes 1 to 10 and classes 15 and 16 are only open to Full GHS members with registered Horse/ponies. Failure to comply will
     result in forfeiture of entry fees
 9:  A horse/pony may only be ridden by the competitor in the warm-up.
10: In addition to competing in its own grade, a horse/pony may compete in one grade higher than that in which it is registered.
     Any points gained will be recorded in the horse’s own grade. A horse may compete in one grade lower than that in which it is
     registered. It will score 95% of the score achieved and will receive no grading points.
11: Spot- checks will be done to passports, bits, tack etc.

VET NOTES: The competitor undertakes not to bring any horse to the show which has an infectious disease, whether notifiable or
not, or which horse the competitor could reasonably be expected to know has or may have an infectious disease. The competitor
undertakes to withdraw the horse from the event (with forfeiture of the entry fee),if subsequent to entry it may should develop, or
should circumstances arise under which the competitor can be reasonably be expected to know what the horse has developed or may
develop, any such disease or ability to spread such a disease

Competitors are required to be correctly dressed. Neither Sunlands, SAEA, GHS, nor the show jumping body, its officials or
representatives shall in any way be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, appointed
officials, the public or their property at the show, caused by or resulting from the show.
