This contract is recommended for awards on an “all or none” overall low bid basis. We used historical purchase data for items 1, 9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 24 and 26 to determine the overall low bidder. Recommend Milner Document Products as the overall low bidder even though they were not low on every item.
