                           REGIONAL FORUMS
                         Sponsored by the Governor’s Commission on Service and Volunteerism, the State Office of the
                          Corporation for National and Community Service, and the Arizona Department of Education

  Have a voice in shaping the future of service and volunteerism
      and help to celebrate AmeriCorps Week in Arizona!
More than 12,000 people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities help to meet local needs, strengthen communities, and
increase civic engagement through 136 national service projects, representing an investment of $12,200,000 in
Arizona communities.
Community leaders, stakeholders, non-profits, faith-based and all organizations that serve important
community needs are invited to participate in a regional event that will provide a meaningful orientation to the impact
of AmeriCorps and other national service programs as well as participate in an important conversation that will help to
shape the future for service and volunteerism in Arizona.
National Service members, program staff and volunteers are also invited to participate in a Volunteer Reception
Center training event that will help Arizona to be prepared for the future of national service in our state.
