   a) Should have a speaker because we haven’t in a while

   b) Tour CAPE lab
       i) Need to find a tour guide
            (1) Kayla could give us a tour since she worked in there
            (2) Kayla will email people
       ii) Need to find transportation
            (1) Schedule bus?
                (a) Pay for mileage so would be cheap
                (b) Dr. Gilcrease can drive
            (2) Reserve one van and carpool the rest
       iii) Pizza and pop?
            (1) No, it will take the full hour
   c) Need more beverages
       i) Buy two get two free at Safeway

5) Dublin Dash meeting needs to be set up
   a) Travis, Joe, and Mark meet 1-2pm after the next general meeting on November 8th
6) Regional Conference
   a) Need to update the website date
   b) Dan needs to email all the presidents of the schools
       i) Dan will send the info to Travis who will send out the email
   c) Committee heads should set up meetings this week or next week
   d) Need someone to sign for the hotel contract
       i) $69 rate only applies conditionally

   e) Need to figure out order of deciding on lab, scheduling a date, and getting volunteers…
   f) High school level for the first event
      i) Try on a smaller class first
   g) Discuss with the next general meeting
      i) November 22nd choose a date
           (1) In the spring, maybe early January
   h) Dr. Hower always wanted to have things ‘on the shelf’
      i) Get experiments together this semester and learn how to set them up
      ii) Next semester make dates and get volunteers
      iii) Each officer knows one lab and takes a few volunteers
   i) Dr. Menkaus can help with supplies along with Dr. Meyer, or even Dr. Sani
