RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: WHEREAS, on the 31st day of July, 2008, a certain Mortgage was executed by William B. Fisher, a single person and Justin K. Wichert, a single person, City of Stillwater Homebuyer Assistance Program recipient and Mortgagor to the City of Stillwater, Mortgagee, the same entity as the City of Stillwater, Oklahoma, a municipal corporation, for the sum of five thousand dollars and 00 cents ($5,000.00) upon the following described real estate, viz:
503 E. Virginia Ave., also known as, The West 13.8 feet of Lot Two (2) and Three (3), in Block Six (6), Park Addition, to the City of Stillwater, Payne County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
which said mortgage is recorded in Book 1790 of Mortgages, on Page (s) 0493-0494 of the records of Payne County, State of Oklahoma. WHEREAS, the note secured by said mortgage has been satisfied. No additional funds are required for pay-off of said mortgage. NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Stillwater, Oklahoma, the above named mortgagee does hereby remise, release and forever quit-claim all its right, title, and interest, in and to the above mentioned property which it may have acquired by virtue of said above named mortgage to William B. Fisher, a single person, and Justin K. Wichert, a single person, the said Mortgagor, his heirs or assigns forever. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the City of Stillwater, Oklahoma has caused its name to be subscribed to this release by its Mayor with the corporate seal attached, at Stillwater, Oklahoma, this 21st day of September , 2009.
