  Two types of groups to assist Product Strategy/Development:
         Focus Groups
                   Work primarily with Product Strategy
                   Customer input to define and prioritize high level requirements for
                    proposed new features or major enhancements
                   At beginning of release cycle or prior to it
         Guide Groups
                   Work with both Product Strategy and Development
                   Review business and functional requirements
                   Further into the release cycle after feature is on a release plan

  Participation is by invitation
         Participants chosen based on criteria such as familiarity with the
          business requirements and level of product knowledge
         PAG assists in selection process

      Reviewed all feedback collected since March 15 meeting
      Defined new enhancement items
      Agreed to have one more round of feedback collection

    July 6, 2000
       Finalized lists of enhancements, adding additional
        requirement information and priorities
       Agreed that Business Requirements documents would be
        developed for “Very High” and “High” priority items

    New module that will allow users to make mass changes
     to funding source information on a retroactive basis
    Initiated in two ways
           Via a new Retro Distribution transaction that prompts for
            criteria for searching Actuals Distribution transactions
           Via a retroactive change to funding source data on the
            Department Budget pages

    Reversing and correcting entries generated into the
     Actuals Distribution data repository
           T&L source transactions updated as needed
           T&L to Projects interface updates Projects as needed

    Reversing and correcting entries sent to General Ledger

                                    Fringe Option enhancements
    Option to distribute fringe expenses over the actual
     earnings funding sources
    Option so that certain earnings funding sources do not
     attract certain types of fringe costs
    Options to define the account at the earnings table and
     deduction table level


    Functional and technical designs are nearing completion
     and have undergone an internal review
    To be reviewed and validated by the focus group at our
     next meeting on March 28
