In order for us to process and document your event information correctly we must
have the following information.


   1)       Number of Competitors STARTING (not finishing) the race

   2)       Number of Day licences used

            i)           Those day licences that are not used must be returned to the
                         British Triathlon office.
            ii)          If you wish to keep your left over day licences for a future event
                         please inform British Triathlon which event they are to be
                         carried over to.

N.B. This information must be with British Triathlon within 30 days of the event, or
this will result in you being charged for your maximum threshold of competitors
and all the day licences you have been sent until you provide proof otherwise.


  What you will be invoiced for?

        1) Competitor Fees
        2)
              i)     If the number of competitors is under 100 then this is
                     a flat fee of £55 (inclusive of VAT)

                  ii)      If the number of competitors exceeds 100 then you
                           will be charged £1 per competitor plus VAT


                  iii)     For all children’s events the fee is £35 Inc VAT

        3) Day Licences
              i)     Adult Day licences are £2 each (VAT included)

                  ii)      Children’s day licences are £1 each (VAT included)

  Your event registration fee (£35) will be deducted from the invoice
  total.
