					                                   Business Analyst – P&C Insurance


Preferred Experience:
     3-7 years insurance company experience
     Knowledge of underwriting, compliance or operations


Insurance Knowledge:
     Experience with Personal Lines – Residential Property, Dwelling Fire, or Auto
       OR
     Experience in Commercial Lines and Workers Comp

Leadership skills:
    Ability to discuss and define business issues with clients.
    Demonstrates track record of developing close relationships with customers /
       agents
    Ability to communicate workflow discussions with client
    Ability to take business issues and define solutions with technical staff
    Ability to work with off-shore technical and business teams as well as domestic
       teams

Technical skills:
    Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    Management and monitoring of compliance to service standards
    Sponsor Six Sigma or Six Sigma Lite projects
    Financial analysis of expenses, identification and resolution of issues
    Financial planning, including staff level planning and impact on expenses

Business Skills:
    Strong verbal and written skills
    Ability to multitask and prioritize
    Some travel required
    Track record of problem solving experience – demonstrating analytical skills and
       issues resolution
