Short Breaks can benefit the whole family. They provide opportunities for disabled children and young people to spend time away from their
families,relax,develop new friendships, take part in new experiences and have fun doing positive activities. They also give families a break from
their caring responsibilities, a chance to unwind, rest, or spend time with other children.

Who can access Short Breaks?

Children and Young people can access Short Breaks if they:

      Have a disability
      Are aged 0 – 18 years
      Are in receipt of low, middle or high rate Disability Living Allowance or if they are on School Action Plus support at school
      Live in Coventry City Council

          challenge. Are you ready to make a 5 minute film with a 5
        person crew in 5 days? You will start with that first glimpse of
                       an idea and then your film will be
       devised,storyboarded,scripted,shot,edited,soundtracked,mixed,
       and mastered – finishing with your walk down the red carpet at
            the world premiere to the cheers of friends and family.
        Coventry film makers Dom and Jon are highly experienced in
        getting the most creative results from young film crews. It'll be
