How To Have A Healthy Life – The Simple
Things
Some people think that how to have a healthy life is means not smoking, always eating fruit, not drink
aperitif, and others. Come on ... do you think we live in a prison? Live only once, there is no harm for a
moment to enjoy our life as long as the portion. Because some research say, partying to celebrate an
accomplishment that we have achieved can stretches some of the nerves in the brain and were able to
increase the confidence itself. Why? As we celebrate the success, itself was a form of self-respect on
what we earn and we have achieved. That will establish a review and summarize on what we've done
before and the mistakes that we did before. This way we can build a healthy lifestyle, not only to our
physical but also for our spiritual healthy life.
Ok, I'll give you some tips that you can do to how to have a healthy life, you do not need to be too strict
and disciplined on the tips I've given later below, just slowly get used to their portion. I give these tips in
hopes you can find out what is good and what is not good for your body, so you know how to set it up
according to your time and your personal body needs because every human has a different body and
ability.
Healthy habits
Make it a habit, I said above "not to be too strict and disciplined", with the sense if you're a slacker like
me, who already fell in a flurry of game play. Or are you someone who has solid hours of activity. Maybe
at first you will be happy doing new things for yourself, but if you do it in excess to your body, then your
body will say "bored" or maybe your self will say it.
While how to have a healthy life is a habit, things that should be done every day any time at any place to
strengthen the body from disease that increasingly raged today. So do small things first and then make it
a habit. If you have used to it you may add a portion to some point further. There are two things you
should do to start living healthy, first Which Should Be Familiarized and Which Should You Reduced. Ok,
now that you understand the meaning of "habit" above then we will start on the next point, we start
from
Which Should Be Familiarized:
1. Eat Fruit And Vegetables
Fruits and vegetables contributed about 50% of the total antioxidant capacity of foods. Antioxidants is
lower to help reduce the risk of stroke but it is also a well-known nutrition can prevent cancer, slow the
aging process, and reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and neurological diseases such as
Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease.
2. Go In For Sport
Sport has different levels. Not all sports have an equal portion for men and women. But definitely if you
want to exercise the yield of medium to high level, Start and finish your workout with stretching.
Because gentle stretching will warm up your muscles before you work out and will relax your muscles
after you work out. Go to the gym 3 to 5 times per week. Work out for half an hour to an hour,
combining both cardio and strength training programs.
You may also undergo some of these sports without having to go to the gym, because the best sport is
the sport that uses a part of the body itself as a media facility to exercise. You do not need to be
confused or even bother to find a time to exercise. All of this exercise can you do at home, at work, or
perhaps at the bathroom. But be sure to not exercise while you are driving, lol .
3. Increase Drinking Water
Health experts say that 70% of our body is water, so the lack of drinking can result in lack of fluids and
become dehydrated. With drinking water every morning will help the kidneys in the process of offering
the toxins in the body.
4. Take A Walk In The Morning
Walking does not have to do in the morning, why I wrote "take a walk in the morning"? Because I like to
picked up the theme and the benefits of color on this section. Why in the morning? Since the weather in
the morning provide enough light to cause the actual color.
Diabetes prevention program shows walking 150 minutes per week will reduce 7% of your body weight,
or about 7 kg. More importantly, can reduce diabetes by 58%. Go for a jog or take your dog for a walk.
Make sure that you move at a moderate pace for at least 30 minutes or Ditch your car. Walk or bike to
your destination instead.
Besides some point the benefits of walking as I wrote above, there are other benefits of walking in the
morning. My teacher once said that if you have eye pain or eye myopic, go out early in the morning and
watch the plants, because the green color of the plant has several benefits for the eyes.
5. Rest Enough
Why do our bodies need daily rest? Estimated that every day your bodies perform the following
activities:
- Heart beats 110,000 times as much,
- We speak a thousand words,
- We breathe 28,000 times,
- We move the major muscles hundreds of times,
- Our brains run the activities of 15-20 billion brain cells,
- Circulated throughout the blood of millions of kilometers through the arteries and veins and
capillaries.
No wonder we need to sleep as the rest of our day. Someone Sleep needs different for each person. A
baby should sleep on average for 20 hours per day. Children aged between 3-5 years old need 10-12
hours of sleep a day. Adolescents aged about 12 years need only about 9 hours of sleep per day. Adults
need about 8 hours of sleep per day. This average requirement is the optimal need for people depends
on the individual.
6. Positive Thinking
Scientists have made a conclusion on decades of research on the benefits of positive thinking and
optimism on health. The results showed that an optimistic healthier and longevity than others especially
compared with pessimists. The researchers also noticed that optimistic people are able to deal with
stress more and less likely to experience depression. Here are some benefits of being optimistic and
more positive thinking.
- More long life
- Rarely experience depression
- The level of stress is smaller
- Have a body resistance to disease better
- It is better physically and mentally
- Reduce the risk of heart disease
- Being able to overcome adversity and deal with stress
That's a few things that you should get used to, sorry if there are still many shortcomings, we would be
very happy if anyone want to add. Now let's get into some of the things you should "reduce".
Which Should You Reduced:
1. Smoke
This point does not seem to have me explain at length. You must already understand the basics, due to
the impact of the cigarette itself is already written on the cigarette packs themselves. But for those of
you who may still not know I will try to explain with ease.
According to research, it turns out that will receive the negative effects of cigarette is not only active
smokers, but also passive smokers also will receive the negative effects of tobacco. And it is precisely
that effect received by passive smoker would be far more dangerous than active smokers. There may be
some of you who are still confused with the term passive smokers. So, passive smoker is a term for
someone who is not a smoker but the people who are at or close to the people who smoker so he
indirectly often inhale cigarette smoke released by active smokers.
2. Staying Up Late
Lack of sleep is also a form of torture. This method was used to interrogate others. The victim is awake
for a few days and then allowed to sleep, and then forcibly woken suddenly and interrogated. Nicole
Bieske, a speaker from the National Amnesty International Australia said that at least the lack of sleep is
cruel and inhuman.
3. Instant Food
The University of Bristol, UK shows, children who eat more chips, crisps, biscuits and pizza before the
age of three have a lower IQ five years later. Those who ate fast food, his IQ will be lower five IQ points
compared with children given healthier diets with fruit, vegetables and home-cooked food.
4. Alcoholic Beverages
Some of the impacts and effects of alcohol on human health are:
- Disruptive liver function, which can cause hepatitis.
- Causes damage to the hull
- Causes damage to body tissues
- Lead to increased risk of breast cancer
- Disruptive brain function, heart, and kidneys.
- Lead to Stroke, nerve paralysis, organ malfunction.
- Causes for disability and impaired fetal growth
- Causes of death.
5. Negative Thinking
Negative thinking is a pattern or way of thinking that is more inclined to the negative sides than the
positive side. This mindset can be seen from the unspoken belief or idea, how one's attitude, and
behavior day-to-day. Due to the negative side is more dominant, not surprising that this way of thinking
is filled by a priori attitudes, prejudice, mistrust, suspicion, and doubt, often with no basis or no reason
at all. Negative thinking is the opposite of positive thinking. The effect of this negative thinking is
opposed with positive thinking benefits.
It was a few things that you get used to and reduce to. Again, first strengthen your intention on how to
have a healthy life. Because the greatest temptation itself is you, your laziness and your own desires.
Advice from me is love yourself, because if it was not you who else?
