Section 9. Recipient of compensation

9.1
Compensation will be paid to the Insured. This also
applies where the loss or damage has been suffered by
the recipient of goods or gifts covered by the Purchase
Protection.

Section 13. Termination of insurance
13.1
The insurance shall be terminated as soon as the

13.2
The Purchase Protection shall also end with immediate
effect where:
- the Card agreement is terminated;
- the Insured ceases to be a resident of The Netherlands;
- the Insured has spent a continuous period of longer
   than six months abroad.


13.3
No claim may be made for loss or damage occurring after
the date of termination of the Purchase Protection.



Section 14. Complaints and disputes

14.1
Complaints and disputes relating to the implementation
of this Purchase Protection insurance may be submitted
to the management of ABN AMRO Schadeverzekering.
If the decision reached by the management is found to be
unacceptable, the Insured may submit a complaint to the
Insurance Complaints Institute (Stichting Klachteninstituut
Verzekeringen), PO Box 93560, 2509 AN The Hague,
The Netherlands.


14.2
If the complaints procedure described here does not lead
to a solution acceptable to the Insured, the Insured may
submit the dispute to the competent court in Zwolle,

Section 15. Applicable law

This Purchase Protection Insurance shall be governed by
Dutch law.

Section 13. Termination of insurance
13.1
The insurance shall be terminated as soon as the

13.2
The Luggage and Flight Delay Insurance shall also end
with immediate effect as soon as:
- the Card agreement is terminated;
- the Insured ceases to be a resident of The Netherlands;

13.3
No claim may be made for loss or damage occurring after
the date of termination of the Luggage and Flight Delay
Insurance.



Section 14. Complaints and disputes

14.1
Complaints and disputes relating to the implementation
of this Luggage and Flight Delay Insurance may be
submitted to the management of ABN AMRO Schade-
verzekering. If the decision reached by the management
is not found acceptable, the Insured may submit a
complaint to the Insurance Complaints Institute (Stichting
Klachteninstituut Verzekeringen), PO Box 93560, 2509 AN

14.2
If the complaints procedure described here does not lead
to a solution acceptable to the Insured, the Insured may
submit the dispute to the competent court in Zwolle,

Section 4. Definitions
Means of public transport: publicly accessible means of
transport with regular services, for which the competent
government agency has issued a licence for passenger
transport, such as trains, buses, boats, ships and aircraft,
including charter aircraft provided that they have been
chartered by a tour operator.
Rental car: four-wheeled motor vehicle operated on a
commercial basis by a commercial car rental company.



Section 5. Beneficiary

The payment in the case of death is made to the legal
heirs of the Insured, unless at the request of the Insured
the insurer has designated a different beneficiary in the
policy.


All other payments are made to the Insured himself/
herself.



Section 6. Obligations after an accident

If the Insured suffers an accident, the policyholder, the
Insured, the beneficiary or beneficiaries are obliged to
report this:
1) in the case of death: within 48 hours of death resulting
    from an accident, but in all cases before the cremation
    or burial;
2) in the case of permanent disablement or temporary
    occupational disability: within three months following
    the accident.


Other obligations and binding conditions in the case of
the various types of cover described above are set out in
the accompanying “General Conditions of Travel Accident

4.8 Loss of entitlement
Once the insurer has adopted a final decision regarding
a claim from an entitled party under the policy, either by
rejecting a claim or by payment or an offer to make pay-
ment by way of final settlement, any right with regard to
the insurer in respect of the loss on which the claim was
based lapses after one year, calculated from the date on
which the Insured, policyholder, beneficiary or beneficia-
ries took note of or could have taken note of this decision,
unless within that period the insured, the policyholder
or beneficiary or beneficiaries has/have disputed that
decision.




Section 5. Final provisions

5.1 Concurrence of conditions
If the special conditions and clauses deviate from these
general conditions, the special conditions and clauses
are decisive for the implementation of this insurance
agreement.


5.2 Complaints procedure
Complaints and disputes regarding the creation and im-
plementation of this insurance agreement may be submit-
ted to the management of the insurer. If the judgement
of the insurer is not satisfactory for the Insured, the latter
may apply to the Financial Services Complaints Institute
(Stichting Klachteninstituut Financiële Dienstverlening),

3. In all cases the medical team from Card Support will, in

   the date and manner of transport.
4. If Card Support pays for the transport of the Cardhol-
   der, the latter will be requested to hand over to Card
   Support the unused portion of his/her original ticket or
   its equivalent value.
5. In the case of illness or physical injury necessitating
   hospital admission, the Cardholder or someone acting
   on his/her behalf shall notify this to Card Support
   within three days. In the event of failure to do so Card
   Support reserves the right to charge additional costs
   that would not have been necessary if the Cardholder
   had adhered to this limit of three days.

a. Limitation of the loss or damage.
   As soon as a case of loss or damage occurs the
   Cardholder shall make every effort to limit the
   consequences hereof;
b. Reclaim.
   The Cardholder shall hand all documentation to Card
   Support and fulfil all necessary formalities in order to
   enable Card Support to reclaim monies from compa-
   nies or bodies involved, where applicable.
