TRUST AGREEMENT 1 TRUST AGREEMENT This Trust Agreement is made on this [day] day of [month] of [year] Between Grantor and Trustee (hereinafter the “Agreement”) BETWEEN: [Grantor name/address] (hereinafter the "Grantor"), AND: [Trustee name/address] (hereinafter the "Trustee"), ARTICLE 1 TRANSFER OF TRUST Grantor herewith assigns, transfers, and conveys to Trustee the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. Trustee hereby acknowledges receipt of such property. This property is hereby designated the Trust Estate, to be held by Trustee in Trust for the purposes and uses and under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. ARTICLE 2 PROPERTY AND INCOME Trustee shall administer and manage the Trust Estate and collect the income thereof. After payment of all taxes and assessments and all charges incident to the management of said Trust Estate, Trustee shall apply and dispose of the net income and the principal of the Trust Estate as follows: [List names, addresses, relationship to grantor, and date of birth of all beneficiaries] NAME ADDRESS RELATIONSHIP DATE OF BIRTH ARTICLE 3 RIGHTS OF GRANTOR Grantor shall have the right at any time to add property acceptable to Trustee to the Trust.
