Service Invoice (Excel Template)

Description

Simple invoice template on Excel for service companies. Fill-in cells for Customer Name, Address, Contact, Reference. Billing line items include quantity, description, unit price and formula total for each line. Total Amount Due at bottom of invoice. Fill-in "Remit To" information. Additional: payment terms listed are "Net Due and 1.5% finance charge after 30 days" at the bottom of the invoice.
