February 26, 2008 (2 months 14 days ago)This seems like a pretty comprehensive LLC set-up agreement. Does anyone have any suggestions for what could be missing in this that might be helpful to some one setting up and LLC? Also people should understand the differences in where they should set-up theri businesses.
