 Other centers of the CG had Windows
  NT-SQL Server 2000, so we adopted
  the software to work in this
  environment,
 It did not work with SQL 7.0:

   Patches  Requirements made for
    technical changes with SQL Server 2000.

   In December 2001, we started
    developing the Version 2 of the Project
    Manager, and it is still under way.

             Requirements

   Enable options to search the inquiries:
    create a system that filters the information
    generated in the Web inquiries.
   Apply a Permissions System depending on
    the users and the Cost Centers they
    manage.
   Control requirements for the partners and
    access both the pending and sent, technical
    and financial reports, as well as control on
    the money sent and legalized.

4. An option to customize the data-entry
   tool and web interface to change the
   look and feel – color and logo images
   of the application for each center.
5. Access to a pdf document that
   contains the terms of the financial
   and technical contract with the
   donor.

7. Monitoring of the Execution Plan of the
  activities of a Project.
8. Creation of a log file for the application where
  all the changes that the user makes in the
  database are registered; this file must include
  user, date and modification time, executed SQL,
  among others.
9. The header of the Titles of the consultations
  should be static, permitting the user to go to the
  last Cost Center without losing the Title in each
  column being consulted

  Information to       Excel through an
  access client or another system if
  possible.

  in the Original Currency if any), and

 Application software is designed to work
  independently with Oracle, MS SQL Server
  2000 or Postgress.
 A tool where you can review the logs of
  the changes made in a Project, filtered
  by user, date, and time
 Possibility of Monitoring the Execution
  Plan of the Project’s activities.
 All the JSP´s will have the ability of
  being searched in some fields, the fields
  depends on the JSP.

 With the Project Manager installed, you
  won’t have to worry about losing your
  information.
 We are creating Scripts, Patches and
  Full documentation for an easy
  Migration to the New version of the
  software.
