Bourbon Lane Stable, LLC.
                     ABOUT US
Bourbon Lane Stable, which has over 30 partners, currently has 12
horses in training with a view to add 6 new horses annually. We
form two types of partnerships each year. The first with three
two-year olds, and the second with three yearlings. Many of our
partners opt into both groups, and all our horses race under the
name and the silks of Bourbon Lane Stable. Our management
team carefully manages our stable so that expenses are minimized
and profitable opportunities are maximized. Our goal is to race
30 horses who are competitive at elite meets, from coast to coast.
By bringing like-minded individuals together, we can spread the
risk and expand the excitement of owning thoroughbred race
horses. The partnership is managed by McMahon and Hill
Bloodstock, LLC.
Although our managing partners make final management
decisions, these decisions are made after consulting with all
members, who always have the opportunity to provide feedback.
Our horses may be owned wholly or in partnership with other
clients of McMahon & Hill Bloodstock, LLC. Your investment
includes the expense budget for initial operations though
additional contributions sometimes may be required. The accounts
of Bourbon Lane Stable are kept by a professional accountant, and
balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements are available for
inspection by members at any time. Every member of the LLC
will receive annual K-1 forms in March of each year for use in
preparing annual income tax returns. An operating agreement and
an admission agreement are available upon request.
           OUR TRAINERS
Our horses are trained by some of the best trainers in
the business. In New York and Florida, our horses are
trained by Chad Brown and Gary Contessa. Kellyn
Gorder and Bret Calhoun train our horses based in
Kentucky and Louisiana. Our exciting new venture for
2012 is our first California runner, who will be under
the care of Eoin Harty. We are currently enjoying a win
rate of 21% while running in the money (place/show)
45% of the time. Our stable has 8 starters, 6 winners, 8
wins. As always past performance is no guarantee of
future results. (As of 3/28/12) We are happy to provide
more information on our trainers upon request.

the Grade II Demoiselle Stakes at Aqueduct.
The Bourbon Lane 2012 Two-Year Old Partnership is
currently accepting contributions from individuals
who would like to join us in owning three exciting
two-year olds purchased in the last few weeks. Their
pedigrees, and photos of our group are attached.  This
partnership is set to close on May 20th, 2012,
although managers may extend the closing date. Our
goal is to raise $300,000.00 from partners joining the
stable. We will budget $30,000.00 per whole horse
purchased, for 2012 operating expenses, and each
partner will own their pro rata share in each Bourbon
Lane Stable horse. A minimum investment of $10,000
is required to obtain an ownership interest.

Natanya Nieman, DVM
Dr. Natanya Nieman is our team Veterinarian and a graduate of The Ohio State Veterinary School. Natanya has spent
the last 8 years as the resident veterinarian for Winstar Farm, the owner/breeder of the 2010 Kentucky Derby
winner, the 2011 Belmont Sakes and Breeders’c Cup Classic winner. Her pre-sale analysis plays a critical role in the
purchase of our stock.  Having looked at the physicals and x-rays for not only yearlings & two-year-olds but also
Winstar's extensive racing stock, Natanya has an understanding of what works and what does not work when it
comes to racehorses.  Her unique perspective gives us a leg-up on the competition and ultimately affects the overall
success of our stable.
