It’s a real challenge to be a successful and professional player on international trading floors. That’s why talented

building your own network. Our Graduate Programme is your chance to experience what international business is all about.
What happens next.
Regardless of whether you join the Sales, Trading, Structuring, Corporate Finance, COO, Treasury, Risk
Management or Corporate Banking division, you'll have outstanding development opportunities wherever
you are. Depending on the role you’re aiming for, you may be able to go on an international placement.
What we expect from you.
You have a very good degree, preferably in economics, business studies, mathematics or physics. Your strengths
include analytical thinking and dealing confidently with people. You have already acquired practical experience
of investment banking during a number of internships – ideally including time spent abroad. You are an excellent
