					Registering with Broker Support Services is simple and should not take you more than a few minutes.

  Broker Support Services offers a unique service of pre- registering you with all our lender partners

(Some lenders may contact you requesting completion of their terms of business form)
When submitting applications, be it in paper format or online, you must quote the Agency number provided to
you by Broker Support Services in all cases. Failure to do this will result in you not receiving our enhanced
procuration fees.


Simple Registration Instructions

   1. You can either print the document and complete by hand or save the document and use your
      pc/laptop and the ‘tab’ key to move through the sections

   2. Complete the Registration Form and Additional Adviser details to confirm your up to date
      details.
   3. Once completed print and sign the declaration.

   4. Take a sheet of your letter headed paper and write on this if you are VAT registered or not.

   5. You then need to fax the following:
         a. Signed Registration Form
         b. Adviser details
         c. Additional Information page
         d. Copy of your letterhead (stating VAT registered or not)
            to Sales Support, Broker Support Services,
            on 0845 074 0641

Broker Support Services will then:-
   1. Register you with the lenders and request your new unique Agency numbers, where
      applicable. A number of lenders allow you to use your existing agency number and we will
      transfer your agency details for you.

   2. On receipt of your Agency Numbers send you:-
             New Lender Agency Numbers
             Broker Support Services Stickers
             Update on how to Submit Business – Deal Direct & Packaged
        Please note that when you receive your Agency numbers some lenders may require you to carry out a further ‘online’ registration before you
        can submit online applications to them.


   3. Contact you in due course with the necessary paperwork to set up Protection and General
      Insurance agencies.

I hereby authorise Broker Support Services to register myself with your company. I wish for all procuration fees to be paid
directly from the Deal Direct lenders and via Mortgage-1 for the Packaged Lenders, into the above bank account via
BACS, wherever possible. I can confirm that this is the firm’s authorised bank details for procuration fee payments and I
have the authority to confirm these as so. I am aware that my details will be held on your company’s databases and will
only be used for the purpose stated and not disclosed to any other outside Broker Support Services’ partners.

I AM AWARE THAT TO QUALIFY FOR MEMBERSHIP OF BROKER SUPPORT SERVICES AND TO RECEIVE
