Ltd for the violation of the IT Act read with 120- B, 420 IPC etc. Sir, Kindly have a look on the web site – http://www.padamshri.com which was registered on November 26, 2009 on behalf of the Padamshri Harbansh Lal Foods Pvt., Corporate and Sales office at 632/4, Ist Floor, Khari-Baoli, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110006 and this company operated since 2004 under the chairmanship of Shri Vijay Kumar, which is an ISO 9001:2000 & HACCP Certified company. I have seen advertisement on Sahara TV news channel about their PADAMSHRI brands. As per Hon’ble Supreme Court of India’s order dated December 15, 1995 no one can use Padam awards as title, where as the above said website clearly mentioned “Padamshri Harbansh Lal Foods Pvt. Ltd.” violating the terms and conditions of the Padam awards, breaching the agreement as well, besides it they are using PADAMSHRI brand for commercial gain and profit only to attract, cheat the public misrepresenting their status. It would be pertinent to mention here that how they have got “Padamshri Harbansh Lal Foods Pvt. Ltd.”along with the ISO 9001:2000 & HACCP Certified company status? Hence FIR may kindly be lodged against all offenders for the violation of the section 66-A read with 71 of the IT Act / 120-B and 420 IPC. It is further requested to seize their entire objectionable products from their go down / stock, web site and production of PADAMSHRI brand be banned, ask their agents / retailer and traders to return the objectionable stock from the market, where as this company should be certified by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India – FSSAI.
