1. The Committee on Pastor-Parish Relations of the                                  United Methodist Church recommends to the Church
Council, after consultation with the clergy, the following for ministerial support in 2013 (to be made official at the Charge/Church
Conference).

2.        Does the church pay the recommended premium for the Memphis Conference Health Insurance for the Pastor/Family?

     a. If yes, the 2005 Annual conference approved that effective 1/1/06 the local church should pay 80% of the insurance premium
        and the pastor 20% of the premium. Does your church pay 80% [ ] or 100% [ ]? (If 80%, the Cabinet recommends that the
        clergy portion of the premium be in the form of a salary reduction for tax purposes.)

          If on a multiple church charge, what percent does your church pay toward the pastor’s insurance?        .
