Investment with Negative Gearing Property
I always thought that properties at faraway places couldn’t be well taken care
of in our absence and it will remain as negative gearing one until I got in
touch with Paul and Karen.
I had recently bought my house with the help of Vendor Finance, named as
Paul and Karen. While discussing, we just came across the topic of people
investing at places away from where they live. I told them that if they do so,
then how is it possible for them to take care of it? They informed that they have
come across many such people, who buy houses and give it on rent. They help
in finding a renter for them and the owner doesn’t have to worry about it. They
used to get payment regularly.
I liked this idea and told them to find a property for me also, as I wished to
invest in one more.After all; investing in a very good place which attracts
tourist is very beneficial. They did so and I receive rent regularly and it is much
more than the interest we receive.
