PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Billing Duties:
Accurate and timely billing of exhibitor returns
Resolution of queries that arise concerning the terms allocated to exhibitors
Receivables Duties:
To assist in the collect film rental monies from smaller (less than £2k debtor
balances) Independent and Irish exhibitors
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
BILLING DUTIES
Raise invoices per Box Office returns using MACCS
Process Box Office returns from Filmbank (Sony/WB joint venture for non
Theatrical film royalties) and raise timely invoices using MACCS
Liaison with the sales department regarding missing terms
Liaison with the credit controller regarding terms and queries
Producing and sending invoices to exhibitors on a prompt basis
Ad hoc billing projects and other duties as directed
Provide admin support for billing team; filing of returns
RECEIVABLES DUTIES
To collect all outstanding monies for selection of Independent and Irish
exhibitors
Check daily Sales Ledger reports, using MACCS
Issue weekly dunning letters and statements chasing payment
To perform the daily electronic download of all bank statements from Barclays
Required Qualifications/ Core Competencies
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/WORK EXPERIENCES
Good PC skills; Excel and Word (SAP will also be used extensively but training will be
provided)
A range of GCSE including mathematics and English to Grade C or above
Good grasp of numbers
Good oral and written communication skills
A thorough and methodical approach to work

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Assist in the billing of Hotelvision licensees
Accurate and timely billing of Box Office Returns (Commercial exhibitors)
Accurate and timely billing for miscellaneous items
Accurate preparation of daily bank listing
Collection of film rental for low value debtors
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
BILLING DUTIES
Compare Hotelvision BOR to Minimum Guarantee royalty calculation to
determine appropriate fee
Liaise with the commercial team regarding missing terms and booking queries
Produce and send MACCS invoices to exhibitors on a prompt basis (Library and
Commercial Exhibitors)
Daily allocation of PVSL payment to MACCS invoice raised
Miscellaneous billings (material recharges, cancellation fees, courier recharges)
Prepare daily bank listing of cheques and BACS received with MACCS reference
number
Photocopy cheques and file remittance advices
Send weekly summary of bank statement to Ceduman (agents for PVSL in the
education sector)
Raise repayments for non PVSL license payments (made in error via BACS and
cheques through Ceduman)
Download daily credit & debit card activity from Netbanx report
Reconcile credit card settlement to Bank Account activity
Chase licensees for missing remittance advices
Chase late payment for low value debtors
Resolve low value invoice queries by liaison with sales team and exhibitors
Dispute Management – low value debtors
Prepare weekly debtors report for General Manager review
Weekly validation of MACCS cash received to SAP cash postings
Clear backlog of unallocated cash in MACCS
Ad hoc billing projects and other duties as directed
Provide admin support for billing and receivable team
