                             First Annual Young Adult Retreat

What: District Wide Young Adult Retreat

Who:    UU Young Adults (18-29 years old) and like minded people

Where: Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Binghamton (UUCB)
       183 Riverside Dr.
       Binghamton, NY 13905

When: Arrival:           June 22, 2012 8 pm
      Departure:         June 24, 2012 9 am (or stay for worship service)

Cost:   $15 early registration prior to June 1
        $20 registration June 2 until June 15
        Make checks payable to UUCB with “Young Adult Retreat” in the memo line.

Here are some of the things we have planned:

Workshop possibilities include:
      -Political and Social Activism
      -Real Life issues such as job hunting, handling finances and housing,
      - LBGT issues
      - Sexuality
      -Studying Abroad
      -How to stay connected to UUism without a congregation nearby
      -Art Projects

Rec Park- ride the Carousel, play basketball, tennis, ultimate frisbee, hacky sack, go swimming, or
lounge on a blanket.

Coffeehouse- bring music, poetry, stories or dance to share

If you use Internet mail such as gmail or hotmail, save the filled out form and email or snail mail it to the
Registrar. After submitting your form, mail your payment to the Registrar. Please RSVP on the Facebook
event so everyone knows you’re coming but that will not count as being registered.
