									Soup with Fresh Pea


2 cups of fresh pea (skinless)
4 cups of water
1 onion, chopped
2 small size of potato, skinless and slice thinly
1 tbps.of butter
1 egg yolk
How to cook:

      Boil the pea until it become tender.
      Filter and keep the boiled water. Remove the balok.
      Sauté the onion using margarine, put the water that use to boiled pea into
       cooking pan together with onion, margarine and sliced potato.
      Put exact amount of salt. Boil and mix until the potato become tender.
      Crash the potato and put the egg yolk. Stir well.
