Soup with Fresh Pea Ingredients: 2 cups of fresh pea (skinless) 4 cups of water 1 onion, chopped 2 small size of potato, skinless and slice thinly 1 tbps.of butter 1 egg yolk How to cook: Boil the pea until it become tender. Filter and keep the boiled water. Remove the balok. Sauté the onion using margarine, put the water that use to boiled pea into cooking pan together with onion, margarine and sliced potato. Put exact amount of salt. Boil and mix until the potato become tender. Crash the potato and put the egg yolk. Stir well.
