Lease Agreement

Thank you for your inquiry regarding our travel-trailer rentals. I’m sure you and your family will be
happy with the accommodations.

Our website, www.mcguirechevrolet.com., shows nice pictures of the interior and floor plans of the
campers along with other information. Please read and fill out the Reservation contract and Rental
agreement. These documents list the conditions of the rental, i.e. care of the camper and your
responsibilities. We require a $500.00 cash deposit or a major credit card on all trailers before they
leave our grounds. This deposit will be refunded to you upon return of the rental and after a walk
through inspection has been performed satisfactorily. Please sign and return the contract, along with
$100.00 deposit to insure your requested dates.

There are deluxe or luxury style travel-trailers to choose from with varying floor plans. You can view the
different options on our website by going to www.mcguirechevrolet.com. At minimum, each unit is 30’
in length with a full bedroom in front, bunks in back, bathroom with tub, shower, sink and medicine
cabinet. You must bring your own utensils, bedding etc. When we deliver/pick up the camper we will
go through the operation of the camper with you and insure you feel comfortable with how everything
works.

Travel-Travel Reservation Contract

I,__________________________ , hereby known as lessee, agree to abide by the following conditions
in regards to renting the travel-trailer from McGuire Chevrolet RV Rentals. I understand that by signing
this contract I am responsible for adhering to these conditions and that in the event they are not, I
forfeit my security deposit.

1. No Smoking: There is No Smoking in any of the Travel Trailers. If the Travel Trailer returns with a
smoke odor, lessee will be charged additional fees to remove the smoke odor from the Travel
Trailer. Costs will vary but could be up to $500.00.
2. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in the Travel Trailer as long as the Travel Trailer is returned the
same way lessee received it, free of pet hair and pet odor. If cleaning is needed to remove pet
hair and pet odor, the rental contract will be charged accordingly. Costs will vary.
3. Camper will be maintained in clean condition at all times, i.e. no garbage or food waste left out.
We want to avoid any insect infestations.
4. Lessee has been shown how to use all appliances/air conditioning, etc., and agrees to use same
safely and carefully.
5. Lessee is responsible to notify McGuire Chevrolet immediately should any problems/issues arise
with the travel-trailer unit, not at the end of the rental.
6. It is understood and agreed that McGuire Chevrolet cannot be held responsible for electrical
insufficiencies at campsite/delivery location ,i.e. low amperage. Plug trailer directly into
campsite outlet. Extension cords are not recommended.
7. Camper will be returned in clean, neat order. Lessee agrees to return the trailer with the gray
and black water tanks emptied. $75.00 service fee will be accessed to dump the tanks.
8. In the event of winds, lessee will insure that awning is tied down or rolled back up. See Awning
Addendum.
9. Lessee will insure that vents on top of camper are CLOSED during rain or high winds of if you are
away from camper.
10. Lessee is responsible for all their own personal items inside camper.
11. Insure door is locked when camper is left unoccupied.
12. Lessee covenants and agrees to indemnify Landlord and save harmless from all loss, liability
and expense which may be suffered or incurred as the result of claims made or actions
brought against said Landlord for personal injuries or property damage at the demised
premises caused in any way by the lessee or resulting from his/her use of said premises.
13. The dates reserved by the lessee (for renting camper) are secured days of rental. In the event
the lessee does not use the amount of time the camper is reserved for, reimbursement is not
made for unused days.
14. Delivery fee: $50.00 plus $1.00 per mile
15. Payment information: If McGuire Chevrolet is delivering trailer for customer, the final balance
is due before delivery. If customer is picking up the trailer, the final balance is due at time of
pick up, less the deposit previously sent. Payment can be made with any major credit card,
check, money order or cash. A valid credit card must be on file with McGuire Chevrolet or a
$500.00 cash deposit will be required.

Insurance
Lessee shall provide and pay for insurance against the loss of theft or
damage to the Travel trailer while in your possession for the full
replacement cost and named leaser McGuire Chevrolet, Inc.. Public
liability and property damage insurance naming leaser as an additional
insured. Motor vehicle insurance shall include comprehensive and
collision and insurance against liability for injury, loss or damage to
personal property. Lessee must obtain insurance binder from their
insurance company showing that the liability from the tow vehicle
extends to the Travel Trailer. Optional insurance coverage is available
through McGuire Chevrolet for $17.95 per day with a $1,000.00
deductible. To file a claim under McGuire Chevrolet’s insurance, there
must be a police report of the accident filed. McGuire Chevrolet
insurance DOES NOT cover tires, fixtures, awning, negligence, below
the bumper, undercarriage, wheels, axles of the vehicle or loss of
revenue. It is the lessee’s responsibility to contact their insurance
company for a binder and to give the liability insurance information on
the vehicle they are renting. The vehicle information must be on the
form as the insured vehicle that the agent faxes over. Renter must call
McGuire Chevrolet Inc. before their departure to acknowledge receipt
of the binder. The lessee cannot leave with the rental vehicle unless the
insurance binder has been received and is acceptable to McGuire
Chevrolet Inc. McGuire Chevrolet Inc. will not contact lessee insurance
for the binder upon departure, this will delay the departure process.
NO EXCEPTIONS. Lessee must be 21 years of age or older to rent the
Travel Trailer.

AWNING USAGE ADDENDUM

Due to insurance liability issues (no longer covering awning damages), please be advised that
the use of the awning on this camper is solely and completely the responsibility of the lessee.
Should ANY damage be incurred to the awning during your rental, repair damages will be
assumed by you. While we understand that acts of nature can occur (i.e. wind storms, excessive
rain, etc.), it will be your responsibility to retract the awning immediately should this occur.

By signing the following you are agreeing to this addendum and assume full responsibility and
financial reimbursement of the awning should it become damaged:

“I have been instructed in the safe operation of the awning usage, both putting
up and retracting same, and agree to take full financial responsibility should the
awning become damaged during my rental. I also understand that my security
deposit will be utilized to offset any damages incurred to the trailer during the
rental.”

NO SHOW

If the lessee does not show up the scheduled reservation time and date
that was agreed upon in the contract, the lessee will be considered a
no show. In this case, the lessee will forfeit their entire $500.00 deposit.
McGuire Chevrolet, however, will refund the entire security deposit if
cancelled or change of date (with permission) no less than 7 days prior
to the scheduled departure date.

We reserve the right to refuse to leasing to anyone, anytime.

We are not responsible for personal injuries to the lessee or anyone
occupying the camper unit during the lease period.
