Managed 8 reports and 80 associates in 10 locations across 3 countries with a $10M operating budget.

   Application performance was improved by 200%. All client deliverables were produced on
    time over the last 12 months: Captured performance statistics and determined target areas for

    Re-architected the processing environment to eliminate performance bottlenecks.
