Important Update Added To News Publisher Software

In response to requests from multiple users, an important backup feature has been added
to News Publisher.

Clinton Township, Michigan – Soft Solutions Limited, the author and publisher of the press
release submission software called News Publisher, has added a backup feature to allow the
user to allow the user to backup the license data as well as the user data. This new version
of News Publisher is version 6/9/2012.

This new backup option is available in a drop down list in the upper left hand corner of the
program window. There is an image of a floppy disc and the work BACKUP (English version)
for this new option.

The first new option in the new drop down list allows the user to see the XML file for the
license and the user data, and the files' position in the file directories on the PC.

The second new option in the drop down list allows a user to copy the license file and save a
copy of the file to a new location. By default, this is the PC desktop, but it could just as
easily be an external storage media such as a floppy disc or a flash drive.

The third new option is similar to the second, except it is for the user data instead of the
license. The user data includes the author information, the logon ids and passwords for the
press release sites, as well as, any press releases entered into News Publisher.

This new backup feature will be an aid to those users who have purchased a new PC and are
moving the program and data to the new PC, as well as, those who have the software on
multiple PCs and want to keep the data in sync between them.
