Research Experience

      From Year 2007 started to work on “Cloning of cellulose genes for ethanol
       production from plant biomass”.

      Since October, 2006 working on selection and production of lactic acid and ascorbic
       acid using lactic acid bacteria, production and improvement of efficiencies of beta-
       glucoase using A. niger.

      Since October, 2005 working on probiotics and oriental medicine using fermentation
       technology for the development of anti-tyrosinase compounds/products for skin
       whitening and wrinkle free in human (Published/Patented).

      Development of probiotics technology for the reduction of heavy metals from food
       and liquid media (Patented).

      Since July 02, 2004 to October, 2005. Fermentation of probiotics (lactic acid bacteria)
       for the reduction of cholesterol in-vitro. (Published/Patented).

      Since Feb 04, 2004 to May 31, 2004, worked on process development and
       optimization of fermentation conditions for gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) production
       by fungus Mucor rouxii.

      Since 2003 working on production of enzyme proteases from Bacillus licheniformis.

      From Aug. 1999 to 2003, working on lactic acid production from Lactobacillus
       delbrueckii for the development of biodegradable material and production of nisin for
       the long term preservation and flavor enhancer.

      From Jan.1995 to 1999. Process development for citric acid production from sugar
       cane molasses by mutant of A. niger (Completed/Published/Patented).

      Since Oct. 1991, to 1997. Worked on the Construction of a genetically engineered
       cellulolytic yeast strain for single step ethanol production from agriculture waste
       material. Successfully cloned two (ß-glucosidase and endogluconase) genes from
       Cellulomonas biazotea into yeast, (Published).
