Registration for sponsor/exhibitor includes all workshops, exhibit hall entrance and lunch. Conference materials and lunch tickets
will be distributed at the sponsor/exhibitor registration desk beginning on December 8, 2009 at Noon. Exhibitor set-up is Noon –
6:00 PM on December 8th and 6:00 – 7:00 AM only on December 9th. All staff attending will receive a free box lunch with

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any and all cancellations must be in writing. Requests received prior to November 6, 2009 will receive a full refund. Requests
received after November 6, 2009, but before November 15, 2009 are entitled to a 50% refund. No refunds will be made for
cancellations received after November 15, 2009.
