Call to Order: Chairman D. Stock called the meeting to order at 9:03 AM

Proof of Notice: D. Stock certified the notice had been posted

In Attendance: Security Planning Committee (SPC) members D. Stock and Ken Swierenga (Barb
Mannette was out of town); 10 Owners and John Wandstrat, Moore Interconnex

Discussion: D. Stock stated that the purpose of the meeting was to review the proposals received
and to secure Owner input. For the benefit of the new Owners attending, D. Stock gave a very brief
history of security matters at VDG that brought us to this point; stated that the SPC had three (3)
security companies come in to inspect the property and evaluate security options. A proposal was
received by each company. Of the three (3) proposals received, with all considered, the SPC
unanimously agreed that the Moore Interconnex proposal was by far the best.

A detailed review of the Moore Interconnex proposal was made with active and productive discussion
throughout. The presence of John Wandstrat of Moore Interconnex was beneficial to that discussion.
Security options for the office, clubhouse, pool hall, and pool and entrance area were reviewed in
detail. All questions posed by those in attendence were answered.

Henry Kostuck suggested that additional area lighting be considered as an option noting that lighting
is an effective deterrent to crime.

Bernadette Moriarty made known that during the summer months, when there are few people in
residence; there is a general sense of lack of security; that any steps to increase security would be
appreciated.

D. Stock noted that this matter will be on the March 22, 2012 BOD meeting agenda.
