Overall purpose of role
The primary purpose of this role is to provide and manage a strategic CRM strategy, in alignment with the overall business
plan. The successful candidate will be required to work with the customer database to drive further customer engagement
right through to showing a positive ROI to the bottom line.
Provide insight into the current customer database and aggressively drive growth of the base with an equally strong focus on
customer retention, reactivation where necessary, and to plan and execute highly targeted CRM campaigns through to
providing full ROI analysis.
Work with stakeholders to ensure all CRM campaigns are legally compliant, and on brand. Make recommendations to the
wider business as necessary.
Make best use of the data, and deliver meaningful campaigns to customers which are highly targeted.
Identify and develop CRM reporting requirements and in conjunction with our data partner, proactively build and analyse
these reports and make recommendations for improvements. Ensure the structure of CRM reports and campaigns is
meaningful and can be easily understood by internal users. Identify CRM development requirements and proactively build,
test and implement changes where feasible.
Develop and make recommendations to improve the current american golf loyalty program both from a business and
customer value perspective. Drive internal and customer engagement.
To ensure, as appropriate, the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information being held, accessed, or processed
within the remit of the post. To take responsibility for professional development including keeping abreast of new industry-
related developments in this specific area.
o Educated to Degree level, preferably in a marketing, business or CRM related discipline.
o Competent in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
o At least three years’ experience in a consumer CRM environment
o Experience in successfully managing internal and external stakeholders
o Experience in developing, implementing and executing a full CRM strategy and campaigns
o Experience in project management
