Date: Wednesday, January 28th, 2009
Time: Warm-ups start at 3:00 p.m. (See web site for details www.scotthighswimming.com)
Meet starts 4:30 p.m.
Participation & One individual entry per individual event. Divers must complete 6 dives. One
Limitations: relay per team. Schools can enter only 1 team.
ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED USING HY-TEK TM MANAGER/LITE
Rules: All events are Timed Finals. Times will be officially recorded on Colorado Swimming
Four Timing System. National High School Federation rules Apply.
Site: Scott High School, 5400 Old Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, KY
Pool: The facility is a 6-lane, 25-yard course. There is a fully automatic Colorado Timing
touch pad timing system with 6-lane display readout.
Type of Meet: This meet is a timed final meet, using the high school order of events.
Timers: Each club is encouraged to provide timers, to ensure that the swimmers get their time.
These timers will be admitted free to the event. They are to sign in with the
admissions personnel and then report to timers meeting before the start of the meet.
If coaches know their timers ahead of time, please fill in their names on the meet
summary sheet.
Scoring: Scoring through 12 places.
Scoring – 16,13,12,11,10,9,7,5,4,3,2,1 and double for relays.
Entry Fee: $75 for girl’s team; $75 for boy’s team-must accompany the entries. Combined team is
$140. A team with 4 or less swimmers is $35. One swimmer/diver is $10.
Add $20 if Submitting Hand Entries
Entry deadline Saturday, January 24th, 2009
Eligibility: KHSAA regulations apply for eligibility. Enclose an eligibility sheet with entry.
Payable To: Checks payable to Scott High School Swimming.
Awards: Individual –medal on neck ribbon for 1st place only.
Relay – medal on neck ribbon for 1st place relays only. A trophy for the championship
and runner-up teams for female, male and combined will be awarded.
Award for the most valuable girl and boy swimmer based upon the highest number of
power points.
Lockers: Available; bring your own lock
Seeding: Time Finals seeding. Please be accurate with your entry times.
Admission: $5 for adults and $3 for students
Coaches/ 20 minutes prior to the start of the meet

Email Address If you submit an email address, we will mail you a warm up schedule and a psyche
sheet.
Warm up Must use the feet entry into the pool during general warm up period. We will have
procedures assigned lanes, and coaches will be allowed to do one-way sprints from the blocks at
their discretion.
Psych/Results If team wants results fax to local newspapers, they need to supply Jerry Mohr with
phone number.
Directions From Eastbound I-275 take exit # 79 (Taylor Mill Road). Turn right at end of ramp.
At the first stoplight, turn right onto Old Taylor Mill Road. Continue approximately 2
miles. Turn right into the driveway marked Woodland Middle School. At stop sign to
straight and parking and pool are on your left.
From Westbound I-275 take exit # 79 (Taylor Mill Road). Turn left at end of ramp. At
the 2nd stoplight, turn right onto Old Taylor Mill Road. Continue approximately 2 miles.
Turn right into the driveway marked Woodland Middle School. At stop sign to straight
and parking and pool are on your left.
