Essential Trading Co operative (Bristol)- Organic and ethical wholesome dried goods supplier. We use it for all our organic dried goods such as- Olive oil, pulses, wholwheat pasta, brown rice, oats,cous cous,

Edamame Beans (also known as Soy beans)- These amazingly nutritious beans look like broad beans and are packed with Protein, Vitamin C and Folic acid. They are the only vegetable to have a complete protein
source similar to meat.
Organic Beans and Pulses- Full of Fibre, Calcium and Protein they are also excellent at keeping blood sugar levels constant. Thus helping provide constant energy levels for the children.
Organic Tofu- Made from Soy beans, Tofu is one of only 2 plant proteins that contain all 8 Amino acids. Thus making it a complete protein. It is also a good source of Calcium, Magnesium and B Vitamins.
Organic Milk- Contains higher levels of Omega-3, Vitamin E, Vitamin A and Antioxidants than non organic milk. It also contains no traces of pesticides or antibiotics.
Wholegrain pasta and flour- contains more Protein, Vitamins and Minerals than refined white flours and pasta. In addition we use Spelt flour, which is an ancient very highly nutritious form of wheat.
