                                 Pre-Proposal Conference WebEx


The NASA Johnson Space Center will hold a pre-proposal conference WebEx on Tuesday, July
3, 2012 from 2:00pm to 3:30pm Central Daylight Time. This conference is available only to
those offerors that submitted timely and complete proposals in response to the original RFP.

The purpose of this pre-proposal conference WebEx is to provide offerors with a summary of
the changes made to the solicitation in amendment 006 and to also provide a cost/price
overview. Information and instructions regarding this pre-proposal conference WebEx are
contained in solicitation provision L.7, Preproposal/Pre-bid Conference, as detailed below:

To participate in the WebEx please follow the following instructions:

                    1. To join the meeting, go to the following link:
                    https://nasa.webex.com/mw0306l/mywebex/default.do?siteurl=nasa

                    2. Enter meeting number 391 816 512 and click “Join Now”

                    3. If joining from a NASA computer click “NASA Users Authenticate”

                    4. If joining from a non-NASA computer enter name, email address, and
                       meeting password RFP@07032012* then click “Non-NASA Users Join Now”

                    5. All users must select “I Agree” after reading the special notice in order to join
                       the WebEx meeting

                    6. To connect to the audio portion of the WebEx please dial 866-918-0044
                       and enter password 684161 when prompted

This conference will be conducted via WebEx only. After the conference, a copy of the
presentation charts will be posted to the ECO website at:
http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/eco.

Attendance at this pre-proposal conference is recommended; however, attendance is neither
required nor a prerequisite for proposal submission and will not be considered in the evaluation.
